Owner and founder of Brightwood Builders, Joe Dugger, is a dedicated and experienced contractor. He was inspired to create his company to bring together his values and craftmanship into an organization that strives to place the goals of his clients first. He specializes in custom carpentry and is happiest when building something beautiful. All of Brightwood Builders subcontractors are selected by Joe for their mutual work ethic and skilled experience. Joe lives in Front Royal with his family. They love to hike and kayak.
